Refund policy

PentaBound TCG LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") offers refunds on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Trading cards must be in the same condition as described at time of purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at pentaboundtcg@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not accept returns on opened booster packs or sealed products once opened.

PentaBound TCG LIMITED reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
